Properties of 16-element non-commutative group of intertype relation operators are considered. It is shown how the separation the center of the group and the discovering of commutation rules can help to make the intertype relations table more structured.

It is examined the psychological phenomena of interaction between diagnostician and client: transfers, introjection and projection, resistance, psychological status and position, non-verbal communication. There are proposed the general guidelines for taking them into account in the course of socionical interview. The work an expert from socionics is correlated with the procedure of psychological sessions in different kinds of psychotherapy: psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral.
