Experimental study of socionic small groups “leadership styles”

Socionics offers its approach to the discovery of the concept of “leadership”, which is based on the original, natural predispositions of the psyche. Within the framework of science, it is stated that each socionic type has his own leadership style, and leadership should be shown with taking into account type of information metabolism (TIM). The article presents the results of the experiment in comparison of group behavior, depending on belonging to “leadership style” group. All four groups of subjects clearly demonstrated their own “leadership style”.

The article is devoted to the study of the socionic type of sensory-logical extravert as a carrier of business relations in introverted socionics.
