Personality types and behavior in conflict

In a sample of 383 people. We investigated the the degree of conformity styles of behavior in the conflict by Thomas-Kilmann and socionic types, scales, traits and groups. It is shown that the choice of the style of behavior in conflict according to the Kilmann test depends little on socionic types and socionic personality characteristics. The greatest dispersion of values obtained for the competitive style of behavior. The greatest bond with the style of behavior in the conflict could be traced to the extroversion / introversion trait. However the Kilmann test does not exhaust the whole variety of manifestations of personality and type of information metabolism, even in the field of behavior in the conflict. The general competitiveness of certain socionic types is determined primarily by an information area where their activity occurs.
