Psychoinformational technologies in effective management

The International Institute of Socionics more than 20 years conduct expert consultation work in companies and about 10 years conducted training seminars for leaders in socionics. The paper describes the principles of socionic consulting for managers and business owners. On the example of the production team demonstrated consulting methods and technology solutions to organizational problems and problems with the staff.

Crisis-coping strategies of socionic types. An example of a small group in socionics

We consider one of the principles for classifying socionic types into so-called small groups. This principle was formally introduced by Reinin, but not studied yet. Based on our field observations and as an addendum to the classification of small groups by the authors, we offer a conjecture about the psychological meaning of this classification principle.

Structural and functional analysis and synthesis in multi-level systems

The methodological hierarchy of known methods of analysis and synthesis built according to the criterion of depth of the researcher’s insight into object of his studies is considered. The method of structural-functional analysis and synthesis (MeSFAS) is methodologically determined as a method of studying and modeling complex multileveled systems. Possible spheres of application of the detailed MeSFAS are proposed. The place of MeSFAS in the mentioned hierarchy of known methods of analysis and synthesis is determined.
