Socio-psychological techniques: personality centered approach
The problem of personality-oriented approaches in the development of socio-psychological technologies and using them in social practice is analyzed. The main methodological principles applied are: structural, functional typology. In the context of neo-Jungian paradigm it is investigated the connection the features of structural and functional model of the individual psyche with its social setting to a specific field of activity. It is considered the interdependence of a single personality type with its inherent style of thinking, a form of behavior, a social role, a learning profiles and professional orientation.

Preparation of a presentation in own style on the example of logical-sensory extravert socionical type (LSE)
The article is devoted to practical applications of socionics in the preparation for the public speaking and presentation of the goods and services of the company. Gives an example of preparing the presentation based on the strong functions and blocks of A-model and small groups named «Motivational groups».

Socionics helps in theatrical improvisation (for EIE-type, ET)
The article is devoted to application of socionics in acting. It describes the experience of theatrical improvisation based on the powerful functions of personal type (for example type EIE, ET), especially on the creative function — the intuition of time. The attention is paid to the development of weak features in the performance and recording of intertype relations in the company.

What is the difference between socionics and Myers-Briggs typology
It is demonstrated that the Myers-Briggs typology, unlike socionics, does not completely comply with the Jungian typology. This is why it is, unlike socionics, unfit for building of a theory of intertype relationships and makes obviously erroneous and inadequate conclusions and advices concerning intertype relationships. At the same time methods of socionics allows precise prediction of interpersonal relations, both in marriage and work, which has been confirmed by observations of more than 10000 people made by independent researchers.

About the ITIM of the Japanese people
An attempt was made to determine the integral TIM of the people of Japan. The material for analysis was the lengthy observations of journalist and orientalist V. Ovchinnikov, set out in his book “The Sakura Branch”.
